This is me, Jenny Elton! I am an artist, art teacher, and live event painter. I love doing live art most of all because it combines all my favorite things: painting, interacting with fun people, and giving a little happiness to those around me!

Here are a few fun facts about me:

• I have a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

• As an artist I work primarily in watercolor and oil pastel, although I love drawing and using acrylic as well.

• I also love teaching art! I have been teaching since 2016 in various settings. Currently, I am a Camp Contemporary and Studio School instructor at Oklahoma Contemporary Art Center in Oklahoma City.

• When I’m not making art you can find me reading, birding, or listening to podcasts! (And just for fun: my current favorite book is Is She Really Going Out With Him? by Sophie Cousens, my current favorite bird is a tufted titmouse, and my current favorite podcast is The Popcast with Knox and Jamie. :) )

• I live in Edmond, Oklahoma with my three favorite people: my husband, Corey, and our two sweet sons.
